I had the privilege to work with some of the best artisans in the industry to create these pieces.  We worked to develop custom blocks, patterns, trims, fabrics, yarns, no detail was left unconsidered.  Each felt body was engineered to have the perfect weight, stiffness and custom dyed color. Every straw body was crafted with care, hand selecting color, weave, BU and stiffness.  All of the Cut and Sew patterns were meticulously developed to create the best fitting headwear in the industry.
